Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Powerful and compassionate, IFS is rapidly gaining popularity as a highly effective framework for overcoming challenges and creating wholeness. Based on the foundational tenant that each of us has valuable inner resources, IFS helps individuals cultivate lasting transformation.
“IFS proposes a new, optimistic, and edifying vision of the mind and shows how easily it can change and heal.” - Jay Earley, PhD

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Healing and efficient, EMDR is shown to alleviate the stress of traumatic events in far less time than many other therapy modalities. With detailed procedures and protocols, EMDR enables practitioners to guide clients through the process of accessing, relieving, and reformulating trauma held in the mind and body.
“Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy, people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference. It is widely assumed that severe emotional pain requires a long time to heal. EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma.” - emdr.com
